The hotel has a ski-to-door access, views of the Matterhorn and Weisshorn mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, with 14 Gault Millau rating or a drink at the bar. Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking and there’s a heated storage room for ski equipment with coffee facilities exclusively for guests, located next to the Spielboden/Plattjen Cable Car. the breakfast, dinner, the bar were amazing. the staff, facilities and the spa were also fantastic. The comforters were out of this world, i never slept so well in my life. This is the first hotel in my entire life I have literally nothing to complain about.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Wonderful design, thoughtfully appointed and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and restaurants, fantastic staff and brilliantly located. Awesome to wake up with a view of the Matterhorn. We loved our stay.

All units vary in layout and size and feature elegant modern design and private balconies. The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality. The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly. The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot tub and a hammam. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, fitness centre, and sauna, as well as a garden. This was one of the most magnificent hotels we’ve ever stayed in and easily the best on our most recent European vacation. Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, the room was big and perfectly appointed with a wonderful balcony overlooking the centre of Zermatt and the glorious Matterhorn peak making for the most picturesque holiday photos. The bathroom is excellent with a dreamy shower and even a two in one toilet that rinsed your behind with warm water (much better than a bidet which we can never work out in Italy!) Breakfast was also delicious and served in the delightful, old world charm dining room that also serves as the Lusi Brasserie in the evening, (and make sure you book that ahead for dinner because that was also exceptional!) And don’t miss the pool, sauna, steam room and ice room! Just fantastic! All staff were of the highest quality and in particular front desk staff member Julia was also wonderful organising our departure transport and answered all of our questions during our stay. Highly recommend this superb hotel and we can’t wait to return!
