Our room/suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms and baths that we have stayed in, irregardless of price. My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.

The staff is soooo kind!!! they really go above and beyond ... they gave me a lift to the beach and picked me up. They were constantly asking me if I needed anything. The reception staff, the supervisor, the chef... every single person at PocoPoco.... incredibly kind! the villa is beautiful, it's a big big modern house and my villa (Lima) was at the back, it was quiet, safe and very comfortable. The only downside is that there is nothing around, no coffee shops, no restaurants... but the food at PocoPoco is freshly made and you can talk to the chef and ask whatever you feel like. I would definitely stay there again!!! I am so grateful! thank you!

We were very kindly welcomed by Nanda who is an excellent receptionist and managed all our requests. I liked the design and cool electronic music playing in the lobby. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms are well sound isolated. There was some construction going on in the courtyard but I have not noticed noise before 9 am.

Belajar is absolutely premium, stylish, immaculate and of the highest quality. We spent 2 nights here and were so sad to leave. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, super helpful and friendly. They made us coffee in the mornings and evenings as we sat by the pool. I have a phobia of geckos, and Bali has them everywhere. The staff were so amazing that they came to our room 4 times in one night just to help find the geckos and remove them. They even then moved us to another room away from the trees so that no geckos could come into the room. It felt like I was right at home. The rooms are stunning!!! The pool is like a little oasis.
