Architecture world class etc. But the service is something you will never experience anywhere else. Every single staff member treats you like you were royalty or their dearest relatives. My son was a little sick when we arrived and once they found out so much personal assistance. An example: My wife was having breakfast and a staff member delivers a beautifully hand written letter addressed to my son enquiring how he was feeling now and so on. It should be ranked 6 star.
