Premium hotel that maintains Nepalese historical architecture. Excellent food in the 3 restaurants. The staff was very kind. The spa is fantastic. The place is very quiet and the suite where we stayed was beautiful and comfortable.

My room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the restaurant not only served a good breakfast but also has an amazing view, which makes dining even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize Khushbu and Ranjana at the reception — they went above and beyond to assist me. They not only arranged an early check-in but also helped with urgent photocopies and even found a nearby studio through their workmate’s reference when I needed documents for my embassy travel NOC.Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference.
