De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

Very kind and helpful ladies at the reception desk. Hotel was very nice, pool and sauna superb. Breakfast fantastic. Location - very close to city center (walking distance) coffee machine at the reception at all times with very good coffee. We had the two room studio, enough room for 2 adults with two little kids(2,4). Fully equipped kitchen with really everything you need. We will definitely be coming back whenever we are headed that way.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to do and close to many of the activities included with the summer card. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the hotel staff went above and beyond, offering assistance even outside their regular working hours. The secure underground parking on-site was a great bonus. The apartment matched the photos exactly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find one of the rooms had an ensuite bathroom, in addition to a separate shared bathroom and toilet for the other two rooms. The apartment was immaculate, and daily cleaning was provided. Our group of six adults and a two-year-old had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the balcony. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We loved everything about this hotel! It is modern, but with a nice touch of rustic details typical of the area. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious, functional and comfortable (bed was really comfortable). Our room was overlooking the ski slopes, which was a nice bonus. The hotel has a spa area (a small pool with two types of saunas and a jacuzzi) which is not very big, but totally enough. We loved the food which was of great variety (both breakfast and dinner), and really beautifully prepared. The entire staff was great - at the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, people at the reception - everyone was so friendly and nice, the atmosphere at the restaurant is truly perfect:. Probably the most important thing about this hotel is it's location at the very start of 3 major ski lifts - you practically exit the hotel and hop on the ski lift. At the same time, you can ski down the 2 slopes directly to the hotel. If you are coming to Zell am See to ski or hike, this is the best hotel option by far.

    The location was wonderful, the staff were so helpful, the room was spacious clean and was very relaxing , I loved the balcony with views to the mountain. The Half board was of a high quality, the breakfast was lavish (the scrambled eggs were just the best!!) and Dinner was prepared and served to a much higher standard and quality than I had expected Bravo!! We will return in the winter, the staff explained further modernisation is taking place so I am very excited to return. A lovely Hotel!

    The very best of the hotel is the location in the valley of the ski slopes and direct vicinity of three major ski lifts. The hotel is modern and stylish and has a nice bar and snack bar. The rooms are exceptionally quiet: No fan, no air condition can be heard. We slept very well.
