The place itself is impressive, as it is among one of the tallest buildings in an area full of houses. The view is absolutely amazing, we had a room on the 12th floor and we had a beautiful panorama. The self check in is very easy and practical. Also the breakfast area is on the 13th floor and it's nice to have a coffee while seeing the sun rise.

This traditional hotel enjoys a quiet location 2 km from Lake Sempach. It offers panoramic views of the lake and the Swiss Alps. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and a bowling alley.

We had the romance suite. The views from the balcony or bath tub are stunning and unrivalled. It’s a very large suite and just perfect In every way. The restaurant is a must, the food and service are impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic hotel and great value for money. Staff were fantastic and the location to mall etc a bonus. Easy access to airport from there.

One of the best spas. I enjoyed the depth of the pool, the temperature of the water is perfect, body temperature. Great bubbling and water pressure facilities. The steam room was fantastic, too: loved the temperature and eucalyptus essential oil. The room was spacious, really well-equipped. Comfortable bed and lovely view. Friendly, smiling staff. Delicious breakfast.

A very nice and clean hotel. The reception for Ochsen Lodge is at the opposite side of the street, in the main Ochsen hotel. In the lobby of Lodge, snacks and drinks (enough even for a light breakfast) are available, free of charge for the guests. It was incredible quiet, very clean, very good WIFI connection. Fast laundry service, I appreciated the help! :)

Great stay. Rooms really nice and clean. Reception was very helpfull with everything and very welcoming. In general all employees of this hotel were great to deal with and very nice.

Parking spaces outside the Hotel was easily assessable and a-little walk distance to the Hotel. Modern rooms with perfect amenities. Cool design, loved my room. Bright colors and really cosy. So quiet for a sound sleep. That was good. We took a walk to the old town which was very close by. The dinner at the restaurant was really delicious. Again nice set up and the waitresses were very friendly and professional. For Aarau the best experience. Will be back for sure. Just fell in love with Kettenbrücke given the fact that have been to a couple of 4*hotels in Switzerland. This is really 10/10.
