Very pleasant experience from the beginning up to the check-out thanks to the detail-oriented staff. I can recommend the place, especially for travellers without any knowledge of Chinese. This hotel is absolutely amazing. Great facilities such as gym, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, also comfortable room, stunning reception, and delicious breakfast. Conveniently located near restaurants and local markets. 20 min by taxi from the Forbidden City. If I ever go to Beijing again I will look no further.

We had the most fantastic time staying at this hotel. The staff were amazing and the location of the hotel you couldn't beat. So much around and very cultural. The afternoon tea and also dressing up in the Chinese costumes the kids absolutely loved. Will definitely be back

The location was excellent. It was in a safe, atmospheric street, yet quick access to the subway. Big shopping street Wangfujing was within walking distance. From the Beijing capital int'l airport, it took 45min by taxi outside rush hour. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, spacy, and stylish. The bed was good.
