The staff here are very obliging. Jessica has been wonderful with suggestions on places to visit. You definitely need a car here but beautiful location. Breakfast amazing and facilities spot on with cleanliness. Would definitely return to stay. 10/10

Everything . The hotel is really nice and comfortable mattress, the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early and asked for us to check in before 15PM and lucky they have the room straight right way available for us, we feel so happy. The front desk staff that did my check in was very kind and helpful. We have two tiny dogs, which they welcome both with warm smile and this makes me feel home. I love the fact they have a gym and also SPA and salon for nails and a big parking space, amazing Swimpool anda stunning beautiful garden and surrounded by beautiful green. Which I feel happy to stayed and know there have everything we need. We extended the 2 nights to 4 nights which the third I book directly with them because my room was very comfortable and big , which I feel so happy to stayed extra one night before our departure to Rome. I will definitely recommend this hotel as a hotelier as well myself, I appreciated good services and true reviews

One of the most beautiful spots we have been too. Close to the hot springs. Pool was good and needed as it was so hot. Customer service from Serafim was awesome great host. Lovely hotel

24 hour reception, booked on booking.com at 10.30pm when our flight out of pisa was cancelled and we had to get to Rome. Instant reply to questions. Needed a stop off point to get a few hours sleep. Very accommodating for our very short emergency stay.
