From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly welcome. Special recognition goes to Da, Pop, Pearw, and Piu, whose attentive and efficient service during breakfast was outstanding. Their warm smiles and dedication ensured each morning started delightfully, complemented by a diverse and delicious breakfast selection. The rooms were immaculate and showcased modern design, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing retreat after a day of island exploration. The meticulous attention to cleanliness and contemporary amenities contributed significantly to a relaxing stay. Phu Chalet's serene ambience and prime location make it a standout choice for travellers seeking both tranquillity and convenience in Koh Phi Phi. The combination of exceptional service, pristine accommodations, and the natural beauty of the surroundings creates an unforgettable experience. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor pool. The property is 5.5 km from Viking Cave and 800 metres from Pirate Island Adventures. The setting is stunning — right on the beach with beautiful views and a great pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was solid with plenty of variety. The room was clean, comfy, and felt like a little tropical escape.

Rooms at PhiPhi Holiday Resort offer the comfort of classic wood furnishings and a flat-screen TV. the beach is BEAUTIFUL, clear and clean waters, with white sand. The hotel is clean and pretty and right by the beach. It is a bit isolated, away from the noise and party. They upgraded my room to a bungalow which is perfect.

The pool was nice, in a perfect location, highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in phi phi, read some comments about staff not being the most pleasant but while we were there they couldn’t do enough to help, couldn’t recommend more :)

The view of the pier and bay from the balcony room that we had beautiful. Also they had a decent value laundry service that we used.

We wanted a relaxed location but still with several restaurants and activities to do. And was the right choice! They keep the place beautiful, all the gardens, so just walking around there is relaxing! Also they clean every day and give you fresh towels. Great pool with view to the sea and the best part is that parts of the sea are almost private! It has a reef, so its great for snorkeling, we even found an anemony (with nemo) ;) Dive center 5 minutes walk and several food options. We mostly ate at the hotel, they even did a special dinner for us, but around there is also pizza and several Thai places. There are few walks that you can arrange or you can move by boat. They advice you depending on what you want. We highly recommend to rent a long tail boat and go to Phi Phi Leh one day. Everything around is stunning. We were around 10 days and with snorkeling, diving, hiking and relaxing we were not bored at all! Thanl you for making our stay so pleasant and making us feel special :)

I liked absolutely everything in this hotel The room was excellent, very large and spacious, view of the pool, breakfast with many options, which pleased everyone. All Hotel staff very friendly and polite. Super clean hotel!!!!

Good view form restaurant, no need to go to viewpoint. Shuttle car can come after your call and it more comfortable way to go to the beach or city.
