Had to pick my wife up from airport late at night the hotel with a small fee took myself and van to pickup there was a delay with immigration but the driver was very helpful it was 2am before we returned to motel and everyone assisted in unloading baggage. They hired managers for awhile that didn’t do a good job so they have taken it back over and it’s wonderful. I love the location since it’s set in a quiet village near Lake Victoria. Staff has always been wonderful and food always good.
