Featuring a garden, this 5-star campground has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. The staff and service was what stands out the most, they do their best to ensure you are always safe and clean. It's on the expensive side but what you are paying for is the extensive knowledge of the guide on the safari which is missing in other places. We have both learnt a lot about different animals and behaviours on this safari and it's an experience that will stay with us forever

With lake views, Nirvaan Safari Lodge is situated in Wilpattu and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, terrace and barbecue. The lodge is beautiful, amazing food, staff were very helpful with organising the safari and taxi to our next town. The room and ensuite very clean and spacious. Overall excellent stay and good value for money.

Situated in Achchamulai, Wilpattu Green Cabin features accommodation with seating area. The property has lake and river views. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We had a nice stay. Room and food were good and the safari in wilpattu was very nice.

The food they cook is amazing and I would highly recommend you ask the ladies to cooked what they would like to cook that day; they will keep surprising your tast buds with fresh new flavors! Your new Sri Lankan Mom can prepare a big ass squid in 15 min. and it was the best meal I had in Sri Lanka (and I do no even like squid, haha). Perfect for sporty guests, because the windsurf & kite school is only a 10 min. walk down the road, you can go for a work out in the gym or do yoga in the garden. More layback? Not to worrry; take a free bicycle for a spin to the other side of the bay and relax! Many many thanks for my wonderfull stay! This place is gorgeous—a hidden gem tucked away in serene Kalpitiya that deserves way more attention than it gets. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted. The property is huge, incredibly clean, and so peaceful that it felt like time slowed down. The architecture is stunning—eco-chic in the best way. We stayed in one of their luxury tents, and let me just say... it was out of a dream. Spacious interiors, a thoughtfully designed bathroom, and an outdoor shower that made me feel like I was in a nature-luxe fantasy. The view? Breathtaking. There's even a windmill nearby that adds a rustic charm to the horizon, and we loved it—it added so much character to the vibe. The pool was picture-perfect, and the whole atmosphere just made us feel like we had escaped to our own private paradise. Dinner was beautifully arranged—delicious, fresh, and served with care. In the morning, we asked if we could have breakfast by the beach, and they went out of their way to set it up for us. That gesture alone won my heart. I truly don’t understand why this place isn’t packed—maybe that’s part of its charm. But trust me, more people need to discover this slice of heaven. I’ll definitely be going back.
