The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. A spectacular property in the forests with: - gardens that are manicured just at the right level - its own cenotes (you can swim in one semi-open one, not sure about the other ones) - its own cave that you can visit with a (Spanish) guide - a mirador just like in the pictures (only open in the morning and evening, but I'm sure if you asked you could go up during the day) - a bonfire place near the tents - a spa for massages Everything is beautifully designed and so well thought through. A few notes: - When we were there in July, the place was very quiet, which added to the magic. - In my head, I had expected more jungle (could have probably known better with more research). The "jungle retreat" was less jungl-y than a number of places we had come from between Valladolid and Celestun. No howler monkeys, no big snakes, etc. (I don't think) However, we did see a grey fox (!), iguanas and lots of beautiful birds and butterflies. - Because I wanted a full jungle immersion experience, I had booked a tent - they have a lot of "windows" and I thought you would be closer to nature than in a concrete house. However, since we visited in July with 36° C and high humidity, we decided to move to a suite (with AC; the tents have fans only of course). They were absolutely gorgeous (a shower open to the sky! a whirpool! a daybed! two hammocks!) and because there weren't very loud jungle noises at night anyway, I don't think we actually missed out. - The restaurant was great. You can probably drive to Tekit (we didn't), but I'm not sure there are many decent alternative food options there, so you might be a bit limited. - We brought many bottles of water. Turns out this was unnecessary - you get water everywhere. - Communication works via WhatsApp; they were very responsive and helpful. - The staff happily drove elderly people around in buggies. - This is a place to go to for pure relaxation. - The Internet was no problem at all.

One of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed in the entire world. We loved the property and all of the amenities were incredible! Free kayaks and bicycles and hiking trails to lookouts and hanging bridges. The list goes on and on, it was my wife’s favorite hotel that she’s ever stayed in and that says a lot because we travel more than 50% of the year.

The Camp is located at a wonderful small beach, surrounded by palm trees and mangrove forest. The whole small camp is designed were nicely and made with a lot of love. It has a very nice chill/kitchen area with a large table to get together with the other guests and volunteers. We could join the family dinner and breakfast for some extra money, which was very tasty. We did rent kayaks and went to the mangrove forest. The host Laurence helped a lot in preparing the trip and gave us a lot of information to arrive to the camp and go to Livingston. She was very helpful and kind as the other guest were.
I would recommend to stay at least three nights, but a few days longer would probably be even better.
