I had an incredible stay at this beautiful resort surrounded by breathtaking nature. As a horse lover, the stables and farms were a dream come true! A special thanks to Yousuf at reception for his outstanding hospitality. I arrived earlier than check-in time, but he went out of his way to arrange an early check-in for me and followed up to make sure I was comfortable. He also booked a fantastic tour with Nelson, who was friendly and informative, giving me an amazing tour of the stables and facilities. I also had a lovely chat with Nerea, who shared the inspiring story behind the restaurant. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!
