Amazing hotel, service, location and breakfast. We loved everything and they take care of small details like a complimentary coffee break with cake after skiing every afternoon. The people were very friendly and kind, everything was organised well and full of little nice touches (like a personal card to welcome us). The breakfast was excellent and plenty, the interior pool small, but nice and the view from the room amazing.

Great location in Zermatt, close to the main station. We had the Matterhorn view room,which I totally recommend. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. The spa is also something nice after a day of hiking.
