Very well hotel. Hotel was huge. Staff was nice and provide all info. Amazing view from room on closest mountains and woods. Breakfast was gorgeous and included (highly recommended). SPA was also nice, clean and pretty big (was also included). Location is good if you have a car. Not in the center. Very close to Eckbauerbahn funicular and starting point of hiking to Partnachklamm area.

incredible view from the balcony. our room had all the amenities we needed. Clean, cozy, comfortable. In the evening we relaxed in the bath, sauna and swimming pool. Fully satisfied with breakfasts and dinners. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place is very beautiful, the nature is stunning
