Staff were really pleasant and helpful, I was travelling with dogs and was given a ground floor room next to gardens was perfect.

Location is great! Very close to the outlet and various restaurants. Very accessible too for public transportation. Breakfast buffet selection was also great.

Wembley International Hotel is a 15-minute tube-ride from central London, and just 5 minutes’ walk from Wembley Park Underground Station.

Staff were very friendly and took good care of us. The little downside was the swimming pool as it is not a part of the hotel itself but they looked after our requirements.

The location was an excellent base for my reunion trip, where I could catch up with old school friends in Kingston. I loved taking my early morning walks around the grounds, admiring the wildlife along the River Thames. I also enjoyed the sense of history of The Lensbury. My room was comfortable and spotless. I was particularly impressed with their sustainability efforts, as an ESG report editor back home.

Charming staff, nice hotel. If I were to be very picky, then perhaps the room could have been easier to cool.
