We really enjoyed our stay at Fota island. We were looked after by Beverley who checked us in and out. That girl is an absolute credit to the resort. Very helpful and after what ended up being a very long adventure due to the weather cheered us up and got me and my partner back into vacation mode. Great lady. Pool, sauna and rooms i couldn’t fault. Would 100 percent recommend.

Location within walking distance of Cliffs of Moher and beautiful beaches, villages and views. Clean, modern environment with all the amenities. But the best thing was to see culture and art in every corner of the facility. A beautiful collection of B&W photos, paintings and books. The breakfast then amazed us. We thought we would find coffee and pastries but instead we found ourselves in this beautiful space with an open fireplace and a great selection of quality products with which to start the day off right. The staff were superb. Friendly and very accommodating. Anthony, his wife Anne and Roman, the owners made us feel like we were long lost friends. The food was delicious and the menu provided great vegetarian options. I particularly loved the location, just a few blocks from town, but quiet at night and in the morning. Breakfast was delightful. It was authentic Ireland. Warm, comfortable and full of good cheer.
