Located in the centre of Edinburgh, just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Mile and 650 yards of The Real Mary King's Close, Market Street forms part of Edinburgh’s historic skyline. The hotel features a rooftop lounge and each room boasts free high-speed WiFi. Peter and Alex were amazing! Both were so very helpful and full of information. They set the bar extremely high for the places we will be staying at for the rest of our trip.

Hiking, biking, fishing, shooting and cycling can all be enjoyed in the local area. A golf club can also be found within a 15-minute walk of the hotel, and Edinburgh city centre can be reached in less than an hour by car. From the moment we got there, we were made to feel very welcome. Very positive energy and environment. Lovely place to stop even for just a night. Had some lovely conversations with the owners, was lovely to get to know their story a little as well:)

St Andrews is only 9 miles from The Waterfront. A wide range of restaurants are available along the shoreline, and a choice of stunning golf courses can be reached in 25 minutes’ drive. The rooms were beautifully renovated. So comfortable and plenty of space. Great location on the waterfront of quaint Anstruther. Breakfast was lovely the next morning too. Our favorite place on our two week trip to Scotland.
