A large food store is about 5 minutes walking and is perfect for getting any groceries you might need. The apartment is very beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities, with a huge balcony off the living room overlooking the Cathedral. Thomas is a very wonderful, friendly, kind host who helped us a great deal and made the stay in his apartment very enjoyable. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night in Thomas's apartment, we wish it had been longer. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Como.

Situated in Bellagio and only 1.4 km from Villa Melzi Gardens, Bellagio Holiday Home features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has lake and garden views, and is less than 1 km from Bellagio Ferry Terminal. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We spent a week in this apartment as a family of four. The place is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, secure, with a large terrace and air conditioning – which was a lifesaver on hot days. Parking or a garage is also available for guests. The host was very kind and helpful. When I needed a keyboard, he generously lent me his own. I truly recommend this apartment with a terrace – it’s a great spot to relax. Nearby, there’s a small pier where you can enjoy a coffee and take a swim in the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Pro tip: At certain hours, especially in the evening, reaching the apartment directly via Google Maps may not be possible, likely due to an active ZTL zone. A good workaround is to set the nearby gas station as your destination – the apartment is just 100–200 m from there. During the day, navigation usually works fine.

Massimo and the rest of the staff were super professional, welcoming and caring. The property is beautiful, the gardens and the pool are immaculate, the views - stunning. The view is over Milan and not the lake, but it goes on forever and has a Hollywood Hills vibe. The breakfast and all the snacks, plus honor bar are lovely and very healthy (not the bar :)). Only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is perched very high in Brunate, so to get down you either have to take the car through the winding and tight roads, or take the funicular… if you take the funicular - don’t try to walk up from it - just trust Massimo when he tells you that it’s a good idea to have them drive you there… it is a rough, highly vertical hike back.
