Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.

I loved everything about my stay: the apartment is fully equipped and comfortable, waking up with the birds singing, Cecilia is very nice and provided many tips, payment was clear and simple. I felt like at home. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, with everything that you need close by. It is well positioned, close enough to Miraflores, but also not too far from Larco museum, Callao, and Plaza de las Armas. Definitely recommend!
