We had an excellent stay here. The owners made sure we know everything about the property. Our family suite was just right for us to lay down and relax while the toddler is playing around. They helped us to park the car right. If there are other guests, you’re invited to make a bonfire and connect. Unfortunately, I had to skip as we were already in the bed. But if you can, do it. The next day we had some delicious breakfast made for us at our convenient time. Highly recommend to get one for yourself.

I would go there again immediately. They are the most hospitable family and it was a lovely and relaxing experience despite having a lot of work to do. There are beautiful views from one's room, too, and they greet you with tea and coffee and fresh apples from their garden -- a very nice gesture.

Best places we stayed at in Armenia (and georgia). The owner is very kind and tries to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room is very big, clean and looks brand new. The owners only speaks french and armenian (and maybe russian) so communication was difficult, but we made it work.

It is a very nice and well furnished guesthouse managed by a kind lady and her mother who helps in preparing the meals. Cleanliness was top notch and the room was super comfortable (extra large bed, modern bathroom). There is even a chill-out zone on the upper floor. The breakfast is prepared by the owner’s mother and is varied and delicious.
