The owners of the inn are a friendly and enthusiastic local couple. We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. Igor and his wife tried their best to help us solve problems and provided us with local travel advice. The breakfast was rich and substantial. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen, bathroom and other facilities were also clean. Since it is a self-built house, the facilities are somewhat different from those of star-rated hotels. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were particularly helpful with organising taxis to Tatev and Yerevan at very good prices. The restaurant was also great, with a lot of choices and good dishes. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is good for seeing the town centre, cave dwellings, and accessing the main road to Yerevan and Tatev. Thank you!

The property is located in a very quiet yet central part of Goris, 5 mins away by walk to all amenities and a small walk to Old Goris. The host of this B&B is exceptional, welcoming, caring and a great cook. She gives great comforting hugs and is always ready to help you in any way with her positive energy. She is the pure definition of fantastic hospitality! I enjoyed every second in her company and her husband’s company too. Incredible experience! Thanks to Marieta I got to experience a very positive Armenian hospitality and for that I thank her and her husband Carlen very much.
