We booked for 4 people and 2 rooms. Two rooms were well separated and the second room were on the top floor where the stairs are through the same room. The main room has a TV, sofa and a balcony. Toilet and wash area were together.

Gasthof Steinerwirt is a historic inn directly at the Untersberg Nature Reserve, just 4 km from Bad Reichenhall and the Salzburg Open-Air Museum at Großgmain.

The view was great. Free parking. Spacious room. Great breakfast with homemade products. Restaurant was also very nice but the service was slow at times. I enjoyed walking my dog in the surroundings with the mountains as a view. It is quiet. Staff was fast to respond. Great balcony to chill on!

Staff were very friendly, everything was clean, the room was very nice - it looked like it has recently been renovated. Would highly recommend.

Unconventionally traditional: Haus Wartenberg, built in 1654, is located on the Mönchsberg, which means you can walk through the tunnel to the heart of Salzburg's old town in just 15 minutes.

The location was excellent for me. It was within walking distance of the center and had easy access to the bus line for the center and the airport. It is just off the main road, so the traffic is not distracting. The house itself is old and charming, historical and that is what you should expect - it might not be everyone's type. I quite liked it and that is how it was advertised. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable by my standards. However, I even got an unexpected free upgrade from the host which was a welcome surprise.

The family-run Hotel Junior is located half-way between Salzburg airport and the city centre. Paid parking is available on site. WIFI is available in all rooms free of charge.
