Jolanta and Friederich are lovely hosts, eager to help and provide advice. The unit is great: spotless, beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. The house is located at a beautiful vantage point, overlooking the entrance to Ötztal and very close to the valley's main attractions (the town of Ötz, Umhausen, Stuibenfall, Niederthai, and Piburgersee) - a perfect location. In hindsight, our stay was too short. This is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Austria. Warmly and highly recommended.

This was the best place we stayed. Nice, helpful and cute hotel staff, super clean room, great breakfasts, convenient parking, quiet area, did I mention the breakfasts? they were really great. When I go to this area again, I will definitely stay at this place. <3

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the owner was kind and friendly. Our room has a beautiful view of the mountains that are amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen was cozy 😇... In the area you have many opportunities to do for example: hiking to Stuibenfall or Suspension Bridge in Ötztal, Relaxing in Aqua Dome SPA, walking to around Winkelbergsee, Piburger See, Wellerbrücke and so one.

After a long journey, a very comfortable bed and a clean, cozy room awaited us. And in the morning, a beautiful sunrise awaited us. If possible, we will definitely return.

From entering the hotel, you are made very welcome and it has the feeling of home from home the hotel is exceptionally clean, room was spacious and had everything I needed and included a balcony. plenty of wardrobe space and importantly, plenty of hangers This hotel, probable has the best location in Soelden - It is approx. 80m from the Giggijochbahn gondola station, there is an Apre-ski bar immediately next door - (There is no noise from the bar inside the hotel), the post bus is 20m from the hotel ski hire shop adjoins the hotel Breakfast is plentiful and good choices The hosts and all staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be returning next year
