We liked the spaciousness of the room, the comfort of the beds, and the friendliness of the host. It was clean and well-equipped. There was no prior information about the insurance that the host requires for the loss or theft of its equipment. Sin embargo fue muy buena estadía.

There was no breakfast included. So I cannot rate that. The location of the apartment in relation to where I had to go was fantastic. I had meetings at the Glass Cube, which was around 200 m from the apartment and less than 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautifully done, it has a touch of care. I had meetings the whole day and had left the room early 8 am. I had left my suitecase inside, and when I got back, I changed from my suit in the corridor to put in comfortable clothes. I am grateful to the owner for letting me do that.
