I’ve done quite a bit of traveling with a large family but this place really tops it all. It has EVERYTHING for a nice comfortable stay : a kind responsive host, its spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, all newly renovated ensuite rooms, location is only 5 minutes from the main highway and the road leads to a beautiful mountain pass too. The kids had a great time waking up to a gorgeous view of a waterfall right across the house. Highly highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful time.

My experience in Andermatt was the best possible because of the hotel. From check-in to check-out, I was well treated and welcomed. Both the staff, the gentleman who served us and the lady, are incredible. I would like to thank the lady who was wonderful with us. I would stay at this hotel 1,000 times over. If you are thinking about going to Andermatt and have nowhere to stay, stay at this hotel. It's not about luxury. It's about a clean, organized place where you'll be treated like a home.
