We are still blown away by this hostal. It was so nice to arrive and see this amazing view, and chill in the hammock while having tea and reading. Nice and big chilling area downstairs. The rooms are big, the breakfast was outstanding. When they serve the dinner, everyone comes to the table and talks about the hike and their journey. Everything was perfect. Just book it!

Maria and Walter were the kindest hosts you could ask for. They did everything within their power to make you feel welcome and comfortable. If you have specific wishes for breakfast or dinner, they will see to it that your wishes are met. On top of that, it was delicious! The room was basic, but great value for your money. There is a rooftop terrace (under construction), with a nice view over the city. Additionally they have a shop in which you can buy pretty much anything.

Víctor and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful. the food was delicious, we got to practice our Spanish and we met their new puppy. they also have a llama named Rocky who made the view of the valley even better. Victor was super helpful in driving us to Cerro Azul for our trip to Tangan. All in all, great place to start the Quilatoa trek over Latacunga.
