Good value for a clean large room in a separate building to the house on road. Had a small kitchen and outside a washing line to dry hiking clothes. 15 km from Gijon, good mid point break on an otherwise 30 km stage of the Camino del Norte. Two bars nearby at a similar 5 minute distance to eat, the easterly option has a menu of the day served from 8pm, whilst the other only has evening sandwiches but the westerly option opens from 5 am for breakfast.

    The hosts were fantastic. The bedroom was very comfortable. Great location and set up for an overnight stay while walking the Camino. Community kitchen available for our use. Our room had the added bonus of a close line outside our main window. Great place at a great price.

    The hotel's location is great, right in the city centre. The staff was very nice and gave us great tips for our travels. The room was very big and we had a very comfortable stay. The other guests were respectful and the hotel itself was quiet at night. For breakfast there is a nice and cheap place right on the same street. I would definitely recommend the place.
