Isobela was a wonderful host very friendly and welcoming, who has a lovely house in Bakio. My room was fantastic and i couldn't have asked for more.I was there for two nights and it was also convenient for travelling into bilbao as the 3518 bus links bakio to bilbao and runs every hour and takes about 45 minutes so you can have the best of a beach location and the city attractions a short journey away.

The location is excellent, right by the old arched bridge and close to everything. The room for our family of 4 was very spacious. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and well organized rooms. We stayed 7 days. Every day, they were cleaning,changing sheets and towels, leaving coffee, sugar and milk. The room was very quiet. The staff was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Bosad, who helped us a lot,while we had a health issue. He also gave us accurate information in order to discover not only the city but also the Basque area itself. We highly recommend BYPILLOW Bilbo.

Seamless checkin and keypad entry made getting in and out a breeze. Location right in the Old Town was perfect for wandering about and experiencing Old Bilbao. Felt we were right in the heart of it all. Alberto was very helpful and available. The room was modern and comfortable, not huge but perfect for our needs.

Excellent location in the middle of Bilbao old town - could not have been better! The hotel was very clean. It does not have a reception and the hotel requires you to complete a self check in (and submit your passport details) prior to checking in. There is a hotel around the corner that the hotel is linked to that has a 24hr reception and luggage storage. The room itself was clean and comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a fridge (but there is no stove so you can’t cook).

Located 3 minutes’ walk from the Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao City Rooms offers bright, modern rooms with free WiFi, flat-screen TV and laptop safe.

The receptionist was extraordinary respectful and friendly. I arrived in a super stressful situation and she managed to calm me down with the way she behaved so that I felt safe and comfy from the first moment.
