We have just come back from this place and it was great, easy to get to the centre using the metro (puerto del angel) and to the airport. We stayed here for a week, Cheap 6 euro ticket for 10 journeys, The rooms had a tv and fridge, and there was always hot water. I didn’t need a kettle as there was a coffee machine downstairs for espresso for 1 euro. I emailed the company in the morning for another quilt because I am always cold and they sent me another one the same day, we didn’t need a reception as they responded to me quickly or any help as this place was great, there was no noise from outside as it is in a quiet place. I would definitely stay here again, don’t read the bad reviews for this place , just go, they send you a code for the front door and room so you carnt loose your key, well done guys I loved the pink walls outside, ( couldn’t miss the place ) thanks again Angela x
