We've stayed here already a few times. Highly recommended for the great location & hotel and friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is right in the center so you are in walking distance from most things. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. They have a coffee machine in the common area and a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. You can also use the fridge they have.

Very comfortable room and helpful staff made our stay perfect. Great deal for the money and perfectly located. Will definitely return in future visits.

The location is excellent, right in the city centre but quiet, and a short walk away from several metro stations. The room was large enough and it was cleaned well every day. The mattress was good and two pillows were provided: a thin, soft one and a thicker one, so you can choose which one you like best. All hotels should do this. In addition, there is a small desk, excellent wifi and airconditioning. Friendly staff. When I return to Madrid I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

This unique little. boutique hotel was exactly what I look for when visiting a historic city. From the caged elevator to the little terrace overlooking a pedestrian road to the comfortable bathroom and beds - Hostal Aresol was perfect.

This was the last night of our trip and we wanted to be close to the city center to enjoy the city and to catch the train from Atocha. It was the perfect location and the perfect stay too. The hotel is close to the Gran Via station and a short walk with luggage. Its in a building with a lift, so easy to get to the rooms. It is a secure building requiring keyless entry, which makes you feel more secure. The staff were delightful and we had requested luggage storage because we had arrived early - this is also secure as they have lockers and you put your own code into the locker. That way you can retrieve it at any time. Fortunately our room was ready early, which was a bonus for us and we were very grateful to be allowed to go in early. There is a lounge area at reception with a coffee machine, biscuits etc as well, if you have to wait for your room or a taxi. Our room was perfect. Designed by someone who knows how to include everything necessary in a small space, without it feeling claustrophobic or small. Its been newly refurbished and they use sustainable practices, like the water bottles, cardboard hangers and this is encouraging. There is a fridge and aircon in the room as well as a TV and wardrobe, big mirror and tea and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and lovely big pillows. Everything was spotlessly clean as well and good quality bedding and towels. The bathroom is small, but the shower is big and great rain shower. Wifi was great. It was so close to the main shopping areas, the Palace, Archeological Museum and of course many cafes and bars close by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and even though we were only there for one night, for me it would be perfect for a longer stay too. Thanks to the two guys in reception who were so helpful and welcoming.

Nice and comfortable place. For a more than reasonable price, we got a two-room suite with a bathroom and a kitchenette. Everything looks even better than in the photo. Brand new rooms, clean and beautiful. Very comfortable beds, we had a great sleep. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker with capsules, and dishes. The price includes a sweet breakfast - pastries, milk, jam. Excellent wifi. The guest house is located in a quiet and peaceful area of ​​Madrid. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
