Best hotel in town. I had 40m2 room at top floor and facing inner yard. Warm, quiet, neat and very spacious. Nice breakfast at Café de Oriente Palacio Real next door was 10e for hotel guests.

Everything was very clean. The location is right in the center, very close to the main tourist spots. Were were pleased with the compliment from the hotel. + clear instructions were provided on how to get to the hotel by metro/taxi.

Location is amazing - right off Gran Via. The room is a good size for 2ppl was felt modern and very clean. Exactly as pictured. Reception were friendly and helpful (24hr). There is a rooftop patio which was great to have some drinks on, or some take away bfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
