The room had a fantastic view of the parks and hillsides across the river. Very conveniently located in the old city. Great staff who were very accommodating and helpful.

Comfortable en suite room in a quiet family run hotel with a courtyard garden view. Excellent location just 30m from Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral, 5 minutes walk to the castle and 10 minutes walk to the Aqueduct. Friendly helpful staff, happy to return and give 10/10 :-)

The Lady on reception was excellent, very helpful with problems on car parking. I will definitely go there again. Excellent location 100 metres from the centre square and Cathedral.

Snowing outside, nice and warm inside but also possible to open windows for fresh air. Lots of hot water. No bath plug but luckily the one from the basin fitted. Good restaurant.
