I travel a lot around the world and I have to say that this is the cutest and most modern guest house/hotel I've ever been to and I was surprised that there was no front desk. Everything is calculated, modern and advanced. The equipment, the lighting, the fittings, the design, the cleanliness and the attitude are exceptional. There is also Netflix and Prime Video. highly recommend!

Everything was really brilliant. It felt like coming home from the first minute. We had a lovely and clean room with two single beds, TV, coffee and tea making facilities and washbasin. It's been so quiet at night although the centre of Boscombe and the seafront are just a few minutes to walk away. All the rooms have shared bathrooms and it worked perfectly well, because on every floor are enough bathrooms with shower or bathtub for everybody. For breakfast there was a huge selection of so many delicious cereals (even gluten free), fresh fruits, yoghurts, nutella, toast, marmelade, honey, cheese, juice, nearly every tea you're looking for and coffee ... I surely forgot something. ;-) The next bus stop and some shops, supermarkets are just 5min away. So all in all it's been the best accomodation I've ever had in Bournemouth/Boscombe ... THANK YOU KARL (or maybe Carl?)! ♥
