This hotel is in a lovely quiet street, while being very close to the village/ town centre (walking through a couple of walkways). The location is great. There was a shared fridge and other kitchen extras available if requested. The owner was extremely helpful when needed.

Everything was great about our stay here. The owners have thought of everything. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into decorating. There were special touches like providing us with a picture to the entry to the car park area. The pub manager fit us in for dinner even though we did not have a reservation. Both our dinner and the breakfast was fantastic. Both buildings are conveniently located in the village.

Everything! It was exactly what were hoped it would be - historic, cosy and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and we loved the relaxed cosy vibe of the bar. We enjoyed chatting with people from nearby villages who have been regulars for 25 years and love this pub. Our dinner was absolutely delicious. Of our week in the UK attending a wedding and spending new year with friends, our dinner at The Kings Head was hands down the best meal we had in the UK. This place is a cosy gem!!

The host Tim and his wife were charming and most helpful. The accommodation is within a lovely Cotswold stone building. The room had character with exposed beams and brickwork detail. It was very cosy and the double bed was very comfortable. It was remarkablly quiet. The restaurant is welcoming and very popular even on a Tuesday night. My Green Thai Chicken was exceptional. Overall a great location to explore the town and local places of interest, and indulge in outstanding Thai cuisine.
