Excellent location, food and staff were so accommodating as we had a small dog in our group (he stayed at the Royal Lodge) and breakfast was moved and service in the bar area to suit him! Staff were also very forgiving when we set off the fire alarm with a birthday cake candle ! The location is fantastic as we were lucky enough to have the room with balcony overlooking the rope ferry etc !

Absolutely everything, without out doubt the best guesthouse in town. I’d surprised my with and adventure to Eastnor castle to the JLR experience and dragged two of my sons along too. It took a crowbar to prise them away from this stunning house, gardens and beautiful couple who have soo much into renovating this home.
