we stayed for one night at this location to visit the raptor migration viewpoint. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. The facilities were perfect for our needs, the room was clean, great views of the surroundings, possibility to make you own food if needed. The shared facilities were spacious and just a 15 min walk from the raptor viewing point. The host family are super nice and we had a very nice stay with them. They are happy to help out if you need something (e.g. drive to the raptor viewing point, local shop, the second raptor viewing point 20 min drive further). Another nice spot to visit in the area is the arboretum and the nearby beach. We definitely would have liked to stayed longer, but had a tight schedule, so we just need to come back to Georgia again.

Excellent location. Sea-facing location in a very tall building. You can see the sea on one side and the Caucasian mountains on the other. This resort is part of the 3-building Orbi City Block. The buildings are really tall and offer a vantage view of the sea, mountains and the city. We were on the 43rd of 55 floors. The room has a small kitchenette. It was easy for us to make our own breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. Very spacious and clean rooms and totally sound-proof. WiFi is fast. TV is an Internet TV. All this in a very pocket-friendly budget.

The hosts were really hospitable, kind, and helpful, they took us from the city center when we arrived and dropped us to the necessary spot when we had to leave, they served us their homemade wine, provided all the requested information and made sure we were fine and safe. The guest house is situated around 30 mins from the beach by foot, however, it did not affect our experience much and we enjoyed our stay. The taxi is quite cheap there which facilitates the situation. The guest house is located in a calm place on a hill where you can enjoy the nature in the silence with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Additionally, the guest house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with various fruit trees and colorful flowers.
