Ideal location to access food, the Kastro, shopping, museums, the lake… it’s so close to everything we could come back to the residence during the day and go back out. Our room and the home was spotless, as are the streets in the area. Parking was just across the street which is a rarely used street for cars. It was very quiet in the evening. Sunday evening apparently is a great time to join people of all ages in the nearby streets filled with restaurants on the stone and cobble streets. Ask the owner where to eat, her suggestions were great.

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything necessary for a relaxing stay, like blinds that allow you to make it completely dark for great sleep. Location is perfect, at the center of beautiful Perama (with great mountain air) and a couple of minutes walk from the stunning cave. What makes this place really next level however are the hosts. My car broke down on the highway 40 minutes away from Ioannina. I don't speak the language and called the property for assistance. My host Yannis helped me find a tow truck to take my car and arranged for my car to be repaired at a great workshop, and in two days it was ready and I could continue my trip. In the meantime the hosts took perfect care of me, drove me to the workshop to get update on the car and allowed me to check out later on my last day until the car was ready. This goes way beyond common hospitality and I was absolutely amazed by all the generous help I received. Not only great hosts but kind and helpful human beings. I would definitely visit again and wholeheartedly recommend the place! I would give 20 stars out of 10 if it was possible. Heartfelt thank you for a great stay!🙏☺️
