Beautiful red-brick terraced residence, very well located within walking distance between the villages of Rathgar and Terenure We loved relaxing in the sitting room beside the bow window The kitchenette concept with access to tea, coffee (capsules or plunger), cereal, fruit and a good bit more, really scores points The whole place was spotlessly clean, cosy and welcoming We're looking forward to having an excuse to be back!

Location was ideal for temple bar, visiting Guinness Storehouse etc… Perfect 5/10 minute walk from everything touristy! Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and shower was amazing. Didn’t have to deal with staff as such because room and door codes are provided. Rooms still cleaned/ made up at some point in the day as well which is a nice touch! Good little fridge in the room too which was ideal. Value for money was decent, certainly better than the other options in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel with perfect location and walking distance to the city center. We was charmed with hotel design, actually this was the reason why we chose it. We got duplex room with small working station and sofa on the 2nd floor, this was super comfortable for work and also to have extra sleeping place for a kid. Hotel could offer good selection of breakfast, the delicious pastries and tea/coffee are always available in a hall.

The location is great, close to everything in thec centre I didn’t use the public transport at all. The room was clean and cosy, the bathroom was spacious and clean and the showers were steaming hot during any time of the day/night. Staff was friendly and the little kitchen that is there is lovely with great selection of tea. Overall I love it and would highly recommend it.
