We were greeted by staff at Jaffa Gate and then escorted to hotel. Old City has winding alleys and this service was exceptional to assist us. We were able to leave our bags on check out day so we could explore the Old City.

The breakfast was minimal but adequate. Plenty of hot and cold drinks available. Enough fridges to store own food. The seating areas very comfortable. I loved The dead sea toiletries and nothing was too much trouble for Mike when I met him and on WhatsApp. Thank you Mike.

The hosts are very nice people! They also served us breakfast at our second day even though it wasn’t included!!.. the location is near to Aqsa mosque . Very nice people to deal with!! Going to come back every now and then . Highly recommended!!

Right in the old part of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough to make us comfortable. I have a broken leg at present and the staff went out of their way to help me, moved us to a room on the lower floor and helped with transport around the old city.

I liked everything! The area is just perfect, close to the Old City, close to the Great Sinagogue, close to the shops and restaurants, close to the buses and tram. The room ia very big, the bed is so comfortable and there is an adiacent room with free water and coffee, so you can start your day. The staff is amazing indeed, they help you and they respond to the messages very quickly. They are also very hospitable! They know how to make your stay very pleasant - they left small gifts for us. For sure I want to come back.
