The room and bathroom are beautifully renovated. Everything was impeccable and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, served in the room. The location was within walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit.

Giovanni (the host) doesn’t speak english but it’s very easy to communicate with him, 10/10 The place very clean, it has everything you need (towels, kitchen appliances, etc) It’s really close to the train station and has bus stops right outside, i would recommend coming here. I will some day! 1000/10

Very clean room and bathroom. The location is good, a maximum 10 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes walk to the old city center. The neighborhood has with lots of options for dining - coffee shops, restaurants (pizza, pasta, sushi, panini, kebab) - and has very good public transport connections with the city and the neighboring areas. The area felt safe for walking, even at night time.
