Bed was very comfy , aircon and fan were very welcome after being out in the heat all day . Location was perfect , 100m from the centre of San casciano for restaurants and bars . Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .

The check in process was so simple and the room was beautiful, even better than the photos! Silvia went above and beyond in hosting us and making us feel welcome. She provided great recommendations, helped us with transport to the airport and even left flowers for me as I celebrated my birthday here. Truly a great place! Would highly recommend.

The accommodation was perfect. The room was airy and spacious, beautiful design, everything we needed available - from hairdryer, iron and ironing boards, complete toiletries, fresh bottles of water every day, coffee, tea, just everything. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everywhere on foot. The room has an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Communication with the manager is also absolutely great. Vanna, our host, was absolutely exceptional - incredibly welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
