The location was excellent, next to the stunning St. Maria Maggiore church, close to the Colosseum, and about 7 minutes walk from the Termini station. The room was very clean, tea and coffee facilities included. We could leave our bags at the reception area before the check-in.

I was greeted by Viktoria who was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a map and explained the areas of interest. The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. I was concerned that there might be noise from the breakfast room nearby, but my room was quiet. The included breakfast was exceptional, with bacon, eggs, cheese, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. I've stayed at several B&Bs in Rome, but this is my favorite. This is definitely my first choice from now on. The staff was super helpful all the way around.
