The house was was very clean, comfortable and well organized. A special mention goes to Tomo-san, my boyfriend and I suffered from food poisoning and weren't able to move to the next location, Tomo-san let us stay one more day even though that day was a festivity and the guesthouse was supposed to be closed. He really saved us and showed us what is the meaning of hospitality and generosity. I can only reccomand Shironoshita Guesthouse for all those who want to experience the true Japanese hospitality and warmth.

My wife and I were dealing with a heavy family loss and our hostess and the overall experience at this Bettei made the loss much easier to cope with. I could not have asked for a better experience. In addition, the unexpected connection to Himeji Castle greatly increased my appreciation for my visit to the ancient fortress.

first at all I want to thank you Maki for this wonderful stay! it was the perfect experience and you help a lot. the place it very central, everything is near by. beds are big and comfy, the showers are great. there is a lot of space in the room. the small dinning room is also perfect to have a break and connect with people.
