A lovely place. Great staff. Good vibe, comfy and clean Nice coffee shop, good breakfast.The hotel is very central but set back from a main street (Dostyk Ave). Rooms overlook small river with direct access to heavily wooded path that goes up for at least 5km ...perfect walk. Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect during our stay at this guesthouse! Mr Vladimir is a very kind and helpful person, doing everything he can to serve his clients. The guest house is in a beautiful neighborhood and provides easy access to the most important places in Almaty. We asked for a vegan breakfast and we had every day something fabulous made by Mr Vladimir himself... The room and the ensuite bathroom are enormous, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush are provided. Super clean and quiet place, hot water and free bottled water supply!!! The most important thing was that Mr Vladimir was at the airport for picking us up at 2 AM and he did it for free!!!! There is also a lovely cat that makes your day 😁 Highly recommend!!!

It is family run, and by a lovely family, who made me feel like I was one of them. They even looked after me when I felt unwell! Nothing was too.much trouble.

We really loved this place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kazakhstan. The facilities were modern and understanding of what you needed and wanted. Rooms were comfortable, there was a lovely little terrace to sit on. The breakfast was lovely and the room/space for meals was really nice. This was a nice place to chill and relax and we both had fun playing darts. The people who run the place truly are such wonderful people and gave this great place that extra special touch. This place was already excellent but they make it even better.

The location of this hotel is close to the meeting place of the tour group I joined in Almaty, so I chose it! Although the hotel manager did not speak much English, there were warm-hearted people in the hotel to help us communicate. I like the hotel's public bathroom, clean and tidy, very satisfied!
