We arrived very early in the morning (after a night journey on a sleeping bus), but we were warmly welcomed and able to leave our luggage. By around 10 a.m., our room was ready, which we appreciated greatly. We spent a couple of very peaceful days, something that is very important to us. We loved the quick responses, excellent communication, cleanliness, and attentive service from Xavier and his wife. We used their laundry service, and our clothes were returned clean within a few hours. We also rented a motorbike from them to explore some waterfalls along part of the loop, and everything worked perfectly. Lastly, we purchased tickets to Don Det through them, with pickup directly from the accommodation. Everything was punctual and convenient. everything is just perfect, all the family is here for make your life and your stay just perfect. The room is veryyy clean ! Ngoc was just the best host in Asia. You definitely need to come in the accommodation ! and the food was amazing !!

This was such an amazing stay. Samlee & Jeremie are the best hosts and helped us with getting to Cambodia as well as hiring a bike. They are friendly and accommodating and genuinely made the stay such a joyful experience. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! :-) The room was spacious and clean, it had great bedding and great towels (i love the yellow theme!)

After doing the Bolaven plateau it was just great to be back in Heaven guesthouse! The food the Tina makes is fantastic and the clean room is like Heaven after all our adventures! To make the guesthouse more high up in booking and because Tina deserves it: please give her 10 🌟. She is such a hard worker and she will only makes her place nicer ….

The guest house is set in a lovely, quiet location with covered tables and chairs dotted about under a grove of trees. Our room was well furnished with side tables, a desk, a wardrobe, air conditioning excellent wifi. The bathroom was small but very clean with a hot shower and good plumbing. The hotel also has a garden bar which is perfect for an evening beer. There is also plenty of secure parking. The lady who runs the hotel is very friendly and has a wonderful sense of humour. She tries very hard to speak English and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. For a budget hotel, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend.
