The woman in charge was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!!! The only thing that you have to consider is if you go to Adams peak do you have to think of off season and on season. The season when there is lights to go up the 5000+ stairs is after december 14, you can go off season but there is no lights, the weather is rainy, and the temple is closed but you can still see it from outside.

Best of best! We spent 2 nights at this guesthouse and couldn’t wish for any other better place to stay in Maskeliya. The view, kindness of the host, the super clean comfortable rooms and not to forget the outstanding breakfast, we were too greedy to pass up such brilliant hospitality. Watching the sunrise from the terrace and listening to the beautiful sounds of nature in the morning made our stay unforgettable. On the day of departure they arranged an early breakfast for us and made extra rotis, pancakes and fruits to takeaway for the long train ride to Ella. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would always come back!

    The Guest house was very nicely decorated and clean, the rooms very spacious and the views were incredible. It’s a peaceful location and you can look out over the green luscious hills from your bedroom and balcony. Nimal is a great host, who is there to advise all about the hike up Adam’s peak. The breakfast and dinner are very good and tasty. Would definitely stay again and recommend

    Great location, the hostel is close to Adam’s peak start point indeed. The dorm room was clean and decent, the staff was friendly and flexible (I arrived late).

    A wonderful accommodation with a great location. The accommodation is very high quality and above all clean. Our room was very large and the beds were cosy. We were well looked after and the food in the accommodation was very tasty. Nimal is a great host and a warm person. The trail to Adams Peak is very close by.
