The wonderful Manager texted me in advance of my arrival time to confirm I was coming, he arranged a Tuktuk to meet me at Badulla Train Station, and greeted me upon my belated arrival ~ prepared a sumptuous breakfast, including early on my departure date, arranged a Tuktuk to take me to the Station ~ I loved the Property and elevated location overlooking lush Badulla.and the surrounding hills...

The location is great next tu bus station so you can lot of options where to go. The place is quiet, we had a room with a balcony and a bathroom, there were also towels. The staff was very very nice and helpful. Breakfast is also included in the price, which is really great and quite large. Definitely recommend.

This was my second visit. They were very kind and friendly. The places needed to prepare for the offering were well organised, and the environment was very peaceful. It would be even better if efforts were made to tidy up the access road to the place.

Gorgeous place, so modern and the view's amazing! Felt so comfy and relaxed after that long drive. Peaceful and quiet, but just a 15-minute stroll to Ella town. The host was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. She even packed us an awesome breakfast to go when we had to leave early for our train!

The owner is a very nice person. He organized a one day trip for us based on our preferences. We felt really welcomed. The breakfast on the balcony was delicious, every day we got surprised by a new Sri Lankan dish or fruit, so we can taste as much as possible. Also the view is very beautiful (there are monkeys jumping on the trees). The accommodation is highly recommended. Thank you again for our great experience.

Very nice view from the balcony, perfect for breakfast. The place is not in the center of Ella which means it is very calm and you can observe some animals. The staff is super nice and drove us several times with their Tuk Tuk to Ella and back at any desired time. I can only recommend.
