I'm a comfortable bed junkie, so when I look for a hotel I focus on comments about that. I also look at pictures of beds, and I was hopeful about Hacienda Real. I was not disappointed. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept great! Also, the hotel is located just far away enough from the centro so as to be quiet, but it's an easy (uphill) walk to get there. There are some very good restaurants nearby, but I was so full from the delicious free breakfast of fruits, yoghurt, "sopes" and more that I didn't eat out as much as I normally would. Alejandro es ley! He's the owner and is beyond helpful, offering rides if you don't feel like walking, solving any issue etc. It's a small hotel, maybe 8 rooms, in all. The view was great from my room (king size bed with a small balcony). I can't say enough... I'd live there if I could.

This place is really special, and beautiful, the people who run the place and living there, the energy - like a small community. came in a day that was cacao ceremony and they all welcomed me to join and it was so much fun to sing around the fire. Also came with my leg injured and the really helped me and took care of me. The place is close to the centre but still far enough to be quiet and chill.

Really loved my stay at Casa Arcos! Great room, great property and really nice people. I was visiting in Tepotzlán for a few nights and could not have picked a better place. Not far from town center but also surrounded by beautiful countryside and views of the mountain. When I return to Tepotzlán, this is definitely the place I will be staying. Thanks again, Andres! It was beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The owner, Ignacio was very helpful, and attentive. The property was close enough to town with a car but in a very quiet area.
