This is a bit longer review but for a reason. We stayed five nights at Mar Verde and when you stay a bit longer you'll also notice maybe more issues vs one night stay. First to mention here is the overall high quality of everything they do or have. Breakfast was versatile enough with fresh bread every morning and squeezed orange juice e.g. with tempting display. The rooms (we were offered a room with a balcony on the second day) were clearly bigger than a average hotel room, clean and nicely decorated with art works allover the place. The towels, just to give you an other example, were thick and soft like in a 5*hotel. Surrounding is a bit upscale Lisbon suburb with good connections t Lisbon/Cascais or Estoril if you are in to the motorsports. The place can be easily reached by a car of you own or by train/bus. Parking facilities were excellent, easy to use and it is a safe area with 10-15 restaurants in a walking distance. But above all the owner of the business really has a great attitude for guests and service. He could help you with any uprising issue and he can also respect your privacy so that he appears only when needed. That is a skill which not all can do. The place has been open for only less than a year and some opening enthusiasm could still be seen. Hopefully it will stay because you quite much enjoy when you see people putting extra effort to it. So, we really loved our stay in Mar Verde and can and will warmly recommend you to try it too It is worth it.

The room was clean and tidy. Management was super gracious with allowing me to check in early. The bathroom was immaculate. I will come back to Chic Studios next time I am in Parede.

I very much enjoyed the setting and ambience, the gardens are superb and so well kept. Its a beautiful quiet place that evokes calm and serenity. Comfortable and cozy at the same time charming. All staff were friendly and always professional, helpful and with a warm smile. Breakfast was lovely. Within walking distance of thw town and beaches. I definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a quiet retreat, and still enjoy the town.

Featuring a garden, an outdoor pool and pool views, Chalet Ficalho is located in Cascais. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Guests can enjoy garden views.

Amazing place with tons of character and very accommodating hosts. The eclectic and tasteful decor was impressively pulled together and we were discovering little thoughtful details throughout our stay. The property provided piece and comfort, and all our needs were met. The location is a short Uber drive to every destination worth visiting - the Carcavelos beaches, Cascais, Sintra, Lisbon. We wished we had booked a few more days as there was definitely more to explore.

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The villa is so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The location is perfect it is just minutes walking to the centre of Cascais, restaurants and the beach. And we have to mention the staff, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left they did everything to make make us feel at home and were so great and friendly. A special mention to Harry and Ricardo, they were the best , so friendly and helpful!! We are coming back to the villa for sure!!

We had a wonderful time at Sweet Spot Villa. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious room. The shared kitchen is well equipped for making your own breakfast or dinner. Very value for money. The next Mexican restaurant was great.
